I had dreamed and dreamed of buying a watch like this, and I started off small with a simple timex to see how long I was running for. After my first half marathon though, I realized that I would be much more informed if I knew my pace and how long I was running for (and elevation, damn those Boston hills). Mapmyrun and Activetrainer just weren’t cutting it with how precise my runs were. When I saw the price of this one, and after talking to other runnres who had this model, I decided to just go for it. I’m so glad I did! I use it on all my runs, and I feel much better about my running. It’s especially helpful during races since the gun time and my time don’t match up (especially in larger races). I feel more in control with my running, and I like all the neat things it has. To be honest, I haven’t used the HRM yet, but maybe I’ll get more adventurous. I do use the Advanced workouts to program my own speed interval training sessions, which is so helpful since I am really bad at judging a distance and I don’t live near a track. This workout solves both those problems! And I can see just how my pace is with each one.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for runners looking to be more in control of their pace, or those who have specific time goals!

This brush removes hair on my GS no matter if I brush him everyday. I am amazed to see how much hair can be removed each time I use it. At first he wasn’t sure about it but now he gets excited and runs to the door when I say “I’m going to brush you”. I always brush him outside with a trash can next to me because there is so much hair and it blows all over.

Like many others, I’m a Verizon wireless customer that doesn’t want to switch to AT&T just to get the iPhone. Well, I got this a couple of weeks ago and now I see why iPhone users are so crazy about their phones. This thing is a blast. It’s basically got everything an iPhone has, except the phone and camera — but you can download apps that should let you make calls and text, at least when you’re in a wi-fi network. There’s no need to go into much detail; other people have done that. I will say the touch screen is excellent, very responsive, but definitely get a screen protector. A case wouldn’t hurt, either.

The iPod touch has wi-fi capability, so if you have a wi-fi network set up at home, you can use it to check your email, surf the web, get the weather forecasts, download songs from iTunes, get directions through Google maps, etc. Pretty much all of the apps available in the iTune store for the iPhone are available for iPod touch as well. You can download and manage songs and apps directly through the iPod touch, or by using a computer with iTunes installed. Syncing is easy (and you can also sync contacts, etc, depending on what programs you have).

Most everything is very intuitive and easy to learn, though if you’ve never used the Safari browser it will take a few minutes to realize how to switch pages (the equivalent of tabs in Firefox or internet explorer) [hint: the little icon in the far right corner with a number tells you how many pages you've got open]. It saves the pages, so even when you’re not on a wi-fi network you can still see what you were last viewing (all pages that were open). You can view YouTube videos, and then email them to friends. And you can set the iPod to automatically play videos in landscape mode (as if you were tilting the phone sideways). One note of caution: if you get a case, then you may want to watch videos and listen to music with headphones, because the speaker goes out the back of the phone and a case that co

I have these in the yellow.The fit was good I had no problem installing them on my Surly LHT.
Now that they have it in Olive green I am going to order a set and take off my yellow fenders I think.If not right now I will put them on later but I have got to get me a set of the olive green fenders they will match my Surly LHT bicycle.Witch I will never sell.I hear a lot of people say they don’t like the name on the fenders but I think it looks pretty kool on them.Wish they had these in olive green back when I first order them.But now I will have two sets of fenders.Never know when you may need a new set.But they are tuff for sure.
