I would rate this book in the top ten of my reading life. It was just wonderful!

The Forerunner 305 is my new best running buddy and coach. It was flawless and idiot proof right out of the box. I travel extensively. I can strap it on and start whatever workout I have in my plan, regardless of location. The Forerunner tracks and prompts my pace, splits, fartleks, hills, whatever. The Training Center software is easy and intuitive. The ability to download my runs to my laptop allows me to enter specifics on each run and creates a travel log of my running adventures. I have knocked minutes off of my 5k and 10k times just by wearing the 305. It greatly decreases the effort required to improve and train smarter and more consistently. The only downside I have found thus far is that I cannot print out a summary page for each workout. I would like to be able to include the run pages with my photos in my travel journals.
The Body s Recollection

We started out looking for an Oreck, but the more research, the more positives for the Tempo Widepath came to the fore.

We ordered it from Amazon on a Tuesday, and it arrived at the post office on Friday, and Amazon even alerted us via email that it was ready for pickup.

On the first try. we knew it was doing the job head and shoulders above our old heavy DirtDevil. Almost ashamed to relate this, but from just one good going over the carpet in 17′x28′ living room alone, we got two full heavy bags of sand, at least 10 pounds of it. It is the Arizona desert, and with two active in and out dogs, the sand must have accumulated while the old vac just picked up whatever was on the surface of the carpet.

Broke the belt, but was a snap to replace and they are cheap, reset the brush level to a higher setting and all is now OK. Would definitely recommend to friend and family, and have already done so. If it lasts the one year warranty, we will think we are ahead of the game and just order another one to replace it.

Artemis Fowl is trying to find the elves. Holly (an elf) needed to recharge her energy, but gets caught by Mr.Fowl. The other elves come strait to the rescue. The only way to get Captian Holly back is to give Artemis Fowl a ton of gold. Will they give the gold to him? Then the battle begins. A troll goes into Mr. Fowl’s house. Will they survive? Who knows?
My opinion is that the book is a great book for action type people. When I read this book I loved it and read it in the spare time I had.
The recommendation of this book is that it is good for people that like action books and love to read. If you like that then try to read this book. Have a good time reading it.

I found that the story with interest did not happen till the latter part of the book. I had just been to a tent circus—so i found it to b e an apprapo book to read.
