Master One 3455DAT Lock to you

I’m sorry, but this book made me want to throw up in my mouth. Absolutely awful!

It’s nothing but obsessive, psychotic, stalking garbage.

Do yourself a favor and move on to something more readable.

Carrying ONE Case TomTom cool

Product received was not a newer looking model and was not identical to the picture. It was supposed to be black and it is more of a faded black or grey. Also the zipper is hard to use. Otherwise it is okay for protecting the Tomtom. Hopefully it will last as long as the device.

Touch Maxtor III One line

I was given a Maxtor 120GB hard drive as a gift, and therefore did not have a proof of purchase. When the small metal USB connection piece broke off and fell into the hard drive, I called customer service. The Seagate/Maxtor representative bought me through the entire process of replacing my product, and then, as she’s collection my credit card information…apparently my warranty has expired. She neglected to mention this until 45 minutes into the conversation.
I was transferred to her manager, who essentially told me that there was no way I could get a replacement.

My issue is that Seagate is not deeming themselves liable for Maxtor products purchased prior to Seagate buying the company. That is absolutely ludacris.

I will never buy another Maxtor/Seagate product, due to the unreliable customer service and faulty products. I urge others to refrain as well.

Cheered No And One series

This is clearly a teen book and not aimed at adults, but I discovered it on a list of books for “those who were going through Harry Potter withdrawals.”

It isn’t Harry Potter by any stretch of the imagination. And it isn’t perfect. But it is very readable and with the exception of the over-the-top dwarf character (Mulch Diggums) it is constructed well enough that the story is fun and surprising.

I’ve read through the third book now and have ordered the fourth. They are not great works of art, but certainly readable and worth buying.

The Road from Paradise This book is, among other things, an interesting and at times commendable effort to introduce, or re-introduce, the thought of Durkheim, Schopenauer, Freud and Fromm, among others, to contemporary …

Catcher in the Rye by J.D Salinger is a story that can make anyone smile. The main character, Holden Caulfied, is a troubled teen that is yet again, expelled from another haughty boarding school. Holden cannot find the motivation to succeed in school because he feels he does not have a purpose. Why apply yourself if you don’t know your place in life? Holden struggles with his inner-self, battling his own mind, and trying to understand his purpose in life as a teenage boy. Holden’s difficulty in comprehending his place in the world as a young boy is what makes this story unviversally relatable.

After Holden is asked to leave Pencey High School after winter break [expelled], Holden ditches school early to take a little “vacation” to New York City; he packs and leaves by train in the hopes of enjoying himself before returning home to his parent’s wrath. In the few days he spends in New York , he experiences the city’s nightlife through strippers, bars, and night clubs. In contrast, he also spends his free time by revisiting his childhood, reuniting himself with old friends and visiting sentimental places. Holden seems to have a lot of friends, although it is obvious he is not confident about friendships. Holden degradingly numbers off girls throughout the story and therefore his character becomes bothersome. However most of the time it is very easy to sympathize for Holden as he is in deep distress, and he feels that he is surrounded by a bunch of “phonies”. No matter who he associates himself with, whether it is an old friend or a stripper, he feels out of place. The more Holden observes and aquaints himself with humankind in New York City, the more he realizes he is different, and the more he feel like he is without purpose. His inner-struggles and battling of the mind eventually peaks causing for a catchy ending. However, the author does not fill the ending with detail and it can be very frusterating.

Over all, this book was easy to relate to, it was funny, and i

Cool Marley Bob TS216 One

First of all I would like to say I was looking for this Hoover SteamVac Cleaner at a few different stores locally but didn’t purchase it because of price. I checked here on Amazon.com and found it at $40.00 less then I could purchase it at the local big box stores. I received the cleaner, opened the box and to my surprise it was very easy to assemble with very little effort.
The directions for assembly and use were very easy to follow and it does a great job of cleaning the carpets and stairways.Very pleased with the ease of handling and I like the two reservoir system – one for clean water and the other for dirty water.

Mad about ONE S XL TomTom

I am really happy we purchased this product. We bought it right before we went on a cross-country road trip, and we would not have made it without our TomTom! It was great at finding gas, food, entertainment, parking, as well as all of our hotels. It made a couple mistakes, usually when the signal was poor, but it always corrected itself quickly and we were able to find our way. The screen size is larger than most this price, and it makes a big difference, it is much easier to see where were are in relation to other things and using the touchscreen is more convenient. By plugging it into a laptop with an internet connection, I was able to receive map corrections made by other users, so it continues to improve itself. I will never go on another trip without it!
